Is Dr. Day board certified?
Yes. Dr. Day is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), Ivy League trained at Brown University, and the only craniofacial fellowship-trained plastic surgeon in Bellevue.
What should I expect at my consultation?
Your consultation is a dedicated one-on-one meeting with Dr. Day — not a coordinator. He will discuss your goals, perform a thorough assessment, provide personalized recommendations, and answer every question in a private, no-pressure setting.

What is the typical recovery time after plastic surgery?
Recovery varies by procedure. Most patients return to light activity within 1–2 weeks and resume normal activities within 4–6 weeks. Full results are typically visible at 3–6 months. Dr. Day provides detailed, procedure-specific recovery timelines during your consultation.
Can I combine multiple procedures into one surgery?
Yes. Combining procedures — such as a tummy tuck with breast augmentation in a mommy makeover — allows comprehensive results with a single recovery period. Dr. Day will evaluate your health and goals to recommend the safest, most effective approach.
